Jim Wood, Owner
Jim served in the US Navy for 4 years as an Aviation Structure Mechanic, then was a Police Officer for over 10 years in Southern California. During his time as a Police Officer he started Wood Construction and has been operating it for the past 11 years. Jim has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, and is married with 3 children and resides in Simi Valley.

Wood Construction was started by Jim Wood in March of 2000, since then, we have worked with over 500 clients. Projects ranging from changing light bulbs to million dollar additions and remodels. Our goal is to treat ever customer like we would want to be treated, and give our clients professional individualized service. We are now focused on offering home repair, maintenance solutions. Without proper maintenance and letting the small projects go un-fixed it creates larger problems and higher costs in the future.
Wood Construction Company is family-owned and operated right here in Simi Valley, CA. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch. We are fully licensed with the State of California #893010 and carry liabilty and workers compensation insurance.
